About Mazada :

  • Developing and executing an annual agenda for HR & Admin strategy in line with the business plan as well as ensuring HR & Admin plans to support the needs of the business.
  • Monitoring & ensuring strict compliance of all HR and Admin related policies and procedures. Create and periodically review the HR policy and processes of the organizations and recommend suitable modifications.
  • The candidate should have sound knowledge of Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Leave Management, Labor Laws, Management of Payroll /benefits/ facilities as supported by the prevailing Law of the country, Analysis of Man Machine Ratio, Analysis of Employee Efficiency related to Productivity, Analysis of Man Power Turnover with remedy, Preparation of Employee Job Description & KPI, Analysis of various Motivational & Entire Floor Management, etc.
  • Monitoring, evaluating and developing operation budgets relating to Administration within the department, expenditures for entire administrative operation in a cost-effective manner.
  • Leading the HR and Admin team with proper assignment distribution, co-ordination, co-operation & follow up.
  • Promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Establish a rewarding culture based on work performance and motivate all staff to act accordingly.
  • To Implement effective Employee engagement strategies.
  • Designing and implementing performance management system.
  • Prepare note, draft, office order, memo, circular etc. as required.
  • Perform any other tasks, duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management.
