QHSE policy
Every lift is planned before the crane arrives on site. Our engineers prepare lift plans, check ground bearing and rigging, and brief the crew before work starts.
Operators and riggers are trained and assessed for the machines they run. Equipment is inspected and maintained to manufacturer schedules, and load-bearing gear is tested and certified.
We stop work when conditions are unsafe, report every incident and near miss, and use what we learn to improve our procedures.
Corporate social responsibility
Mazada Group aims to run its business ethically and responsibly wherever it works. We invest in training young technicians and operators, support the communities around our project sites, and work to reduce the environmental impact of our fleet.
